Putnam County GOP
Convention Call 2011
On
Saturday March 12, 2011 at 9:00 AM the
Putnam County Republican Party
will convene
District Mass Meetings in the main/central courtroom of the
Putnam County Courthouse, 100 South Jefferson Street in
Eatonton, to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the
Putnam County Republican Party Convention. The County
Convention will convene at 10:00 AM the same day at the same
location to elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to
the 10th Congressional District Convention and the
State Convention. The Convention also will adopt the Rules of
the Putnam County Republican Party and elect party officers for
the 2011-2013 term.
All Putnam
County residents who believe in the principles of the Republican
Party and who are legally registered to vote are urged to
participate in this process. Only PCRP members are eligible to
serve as delegates and alternates to the Convention.
The
10th Congressional District REPUBLICAN PARTY
Convention
will convene on Saturday April 16, 2011 at 10:00 AM at
Spotlight Theatres, 1050 Parkside Main (next to Publix Shopping
Center on Hwy 44/Lake Oconee Parkway), Greensboro, Georgia.
The District Convention will adopt rules for the Congressional
District Republican Party and will elect officers for the
2011-2013 term. The Convention also will elect members of the
State Committee of the Georgia Republican Party. Delegates and
Alternates to the District Convention will be required to pay a
fee of $35.00 to help defray the cost of the Convention.
The
Georgia Republican Party
State Convention
will convene at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 13, and again at 10 AM
Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Macon Centreplex Trade Center,
Macon, Georgia and will elect Georgia Republican Party
Officers and conduct all other business as necessary. Delegates
and Alternates will be required to pay a fee to help defray the
cost of the Convention.
Registration and participation at Precinct Mass Meetings, County
Convention, District Convention, or State Convention are not
allowed after the events’ designated start times. For further
